How to Bake Apple Crisp

I decided to take advantage of the fact I have an oven here in Banff. Of course, the first Apple Crisp I made got eaten.

First, set your oven to 375F.

Apple Crisp requires:
4-5 Apples
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup softened butter

Peel and slice apples into quarters and put into baking dish.

Put apple quarters into an oven-proof baking dish.

Add 1/2 cup of flour. Then 1/2 a cup of roller oats.

Then 1/2 a cup of brown sugar. Make sure to press the sugar into the cup.

Then take 1/4 cup of butter and soften in the microwave before cutting into dry mixture.

Mix until crumbly. It should look like this.

Then spread over the top of the apples.

This is the before picture.

This is the after picture. Enjoy!
