The Sunday Rundown

Reading:

It's snowed 40cm in the past two days. This darn snow is interfering with my life and my Christmas shopping! My car battery died thanks to record low temperatures and I've been taking a (darn expensive) taxi home from work.

In the meantime I've started in on "Mount Appetite" by Bill Gaston. It's even been signed! And I should also mention, it was shortlisted for the Giller Prize, one of our prestigious literary prizes

By the way, Happy Winter Solstice everyone! After today the days start getting shorter.

Watching:

I saw this on Far North Blog and couldn't help but steal the idea. It's 40 inspirational speeches in two minutes and is hilarious and wonderful.

Listening:

"I've Just Seen a Face" - Beatles

Just found this song last week. I like both the Beatles version and the "Across the Universe" version so I've included both and will leave the choice up to you.
