By the Decade Challenge

So after my To Be Read Challenge busted after going to Greece I decided to try another challenge. The challenge is to read as many books from as many consecutive decades as possible. So here's my list.

1900s - Call of the Wild - Jack London
1910s - The Valley of Fear - Arthur Conan Doyle
1920s - The Murder of Roger Ackroyd - Agatha Christi
1930s - Gone with the Wind - Margaret Mitchell
1940s - 1984 - George Orwell
1950s - The Catcher in the Rye - J D Salinger
1960s - Catch-22 - Joseph Heller
1970s - The Simarillion - Tolkien
1980s - Love in the Time of Cholera - Gabriel Marquez
1990s - The Stone Diaries - Carol Shields
2000s - A Feast for Crows - George R R Martin

Hi Duck Thief - I'm glad to see you have the courage to join a reading challenge...I've 'failed' my last two :)

I've tagged you for the "Rockin' Girl Blogger" meme that's going around; I've been lurking on your blog for a while. If you don't enjoy memes you can just ignore it - please don't feel obliged!

Welcome to the Decades Challenge! I hope you like The Stone Diaries. I read it earlier this year and enjoyed it.
