The Sunday Rundown

Reading:I just received my Early Reviewers copy of "Powers" by John Olson from Library Thing. It's set in the swamps of Louisiana and I can't wait to dig into it!

Watching:It's getting a little gloomy out there with the cold weather setting in, the leaves piling up in my yard and the cold sun shining a few hours a day. What we need is something like this!

Listening To:I have a certain weakness for power ballads, especially if I'm doing laundry or the dishes. Yesterday I was surfing the Youtubes when I found this lovely Aussie contribution to the genre. It's "You're the Voice" by John Farnham and I honestly can't stop listening to it.

The Farnham song was catchy the first time 'round too! :)

Thanks. I find it frustrating how I randomly discover these gems years after they came out. All the good music seems to have happened before my time.
